About this campaign
Down to Run is built on a shared love of running and the incredible community that has grown around it. We believe that community can do more than bring people together. It can change lives.
For the second year running, we’re partnering with IKhaya Labantu, a remarkable care home that welcomed us with open arms when we visited to deliver last year’s fundraising. We were met with warmth, laughter, music, and the genuine joy of spending time with the residents and the dedicated staff who care for them every day. It was a reminder that even small acts of generosity can have a lasting impact.
In the lead-up to Gun Run, we’re aiming to raise R20,000 to support the incredible work being done at IKhaya Labantu. Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a difference.
Together, let’s show what the Down to Run community is capable of, not just on race day, but for those who need it most.
