About this campaign

The Pretoria Boys High School are hosting a 12-hour Swimathon from 8 am–8 pm on the 17th of October 2026 to raise funds for Lemon Tree Kids.

There will be 10 lanes for the swimathon:

2 Lanes: for the Old Boys of Pretoria Boys High School.

1 Lane: for PBHS Parents.

1 Lane: for PBHS Teachers and Staff.

6 Lanes: for Pretoria Boys.

The boys have set a target of R350 000.00 for the campaign, all the money raised will go towards Lemon Tree Kids making a difference in the children’s lives affected with cancer by providing them with funds to buy protheses for the children who have lost limbs and funding the final renovations needed at Lemon Tree Kids.

Each lane will have a captain, that will encourage their participants to reach out to the greater PBHS community to donate per km they swim or make a once off to donation. Last year, a total of 522 kms were swum.

Please join the boys in making a stand against cancer by donating now.
